At any time, we reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

All our prices are in Canadian Dollar and do not include taxes. Applicable taxes will be added to you cart, at check out.



 All the orders will be prepared and shipped from the Magdalen Islands (G4T 3G1) and since we are a little far away from the continent, geographically, it’s possible that your package will take a little more time to get to you. Yes, your soaps are going on a boat ride!

 We will do everything as fast as we can and our general process time should be within 72 hours (business days). In certain exceptional cases, out of our control (storms or rush periods), it may take us 7 to 10 business days to process orders. From January to the end of May, shipping will be done every Friday only.

 CANADIAN orders will be shipped via Canada Post.

 Parcels sent via Xpresspost in Canada will be delivered within 3 business days, will include 100$ liability coverage and we can provide a tracking number upon request. Please contact us if you would like your tracking number within 24 h.

 Regular Parcels in Canada will take 2 to 9 business days to be delivered. They don’t include liability coverage, but we will be provided a tracking number. Please contact us if you would like your tracking number.

 UNITED-STATES orders will be shipped via USPS. Buyer is responsible for any additional tax, duty fees or charges generated by importing to USA.  A package shipped from Canada to the USA can take up to 21 business days to reach it's final destination once it leaves our facility. Take note that if you choose Small Paket Air, no tracking number will be available and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

 INTERNATIONAL orders. Please take note that we are not able to ship outside of North America due to our insurance policy.

 Depending on your country, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import the ingredients that are listed in our products, according to cosmetic regulations in your country. We will not be held responsible for non-delivered items or packages held at customs.


Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

 If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If your order has been processed for shipping, we will not be able to offer a refund. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We want all of our valuable customers to be satisfied, and we ask you to contact us within 14 days after you have received your order, may there be any problem. Please specify your order number and a brief description of the problem (error or missing items). If we judge that we are responsible for a mistake, we will contact you with further details and provide you with a return form.



 We live in a world where allergens are more and more present; therefor we cannot guarantee that our soap or any other products is appropriate for your skin type. We recommend that you perform an allergy test by washing the inside of your arm & hands for a couple days. 24 to 48 hours should be ok. If irritation, redness or rash occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our products are for external use only.

 *All our products may have been in contact with potential allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us prior to using our products.
